This was one of those movies that I don’t even know how I ended up watching it but I’m glad I did. One of the funniest scenes in the movie is where Jess is being fitted for her sister’s wedding. The designer completely plays her but it the cutest of ways. Love it.

I am a fan of Tyler Perry’s plays but his movies have been disappointing. The only movie that I liked was Diary of Mad Black Woman. This scene is one of my favorites because Madea is so damn funny. I love the line when she says “What the hell you sign a pre-nup, i oughta punch you in the face.” And then she proceeds to calculate how much Charles owes Helen by frantically punching in random numbers on a calculator (brilliant)…I also love how she makes up words…”you’ve been cooking, cleanting…” This scene is downright awesome. This clip also includes the scene where Madea and Helen goes to the house and all hell breaks loose. Enjoy.

Who could resist Balki Bartokomous? Larry on the other hand I could pass over. But combined they were funny and made me love Perfect Strangers. I loved the dance of joy which you can see below. But I also found a Hammer dance clip which I can’t remember seeing but it’s funny too.
P.S.- notice how Larry stares just a little too long at Balki when they do the dance of joy. he is just way too comfortable lol.
Ok come on people. How did Jaleel White not have a career after this show? I’m sure that we all remember this scene but most of us have chosen to burry it deep in the crevices of our minds. After looking at this for the first time in years it made me laugh, and question whether this really aired on tv. It was corny and silly but nonetheless a classic. Those suspenders were so not the move though. Enjoy.
P.S. – peep Lorenz Tate in the background. Who remembered he was on this show?

Someone put this clip together which combines a bunch of funny scenes. While the original Friday is still my favorite this one is a great rival. Enjoy.

Ok, maybe this is the ultimate chick flick but I truly think everyone should appreciate this movie. All of the dance scenes were awesome and Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze were amazing. You can’t tell me that you watched this movie and didn’t want to dance like them. Pure hotness! I chose this scene because of course it has Swayze’s best line in the movie but also because the two of them kick a$$ when they dance this final number. Enjoy and remember “Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner.”

Phillip Seymour Hoffman is the only reason I liked this movie. He is such a brilliant actor and he can play anything from a villain to the funny sidekick. There are such goods scenes of him in this movie but I wanted to start with this one…Enjoy
“I’m stuck in a basement sitting on a tricycle…” I’m sure most Fresh Prince fans can finish that song. This is a great scene with Will and Tisha Campbell. Love it. Enjoy.
Dwayne Wayne and Whitley Gilbert are probably my favorite tv/movie couple of all time (and yes I have a list). We waited so many seasons for these two to finally get together and then finally get married. We had to wait for Dwayne to dump Ki-nu(however you spell her damn name) and we had to wait for Whitley to get over herself, Julian, and Byron. I still remember watching the original airing on NBC and everyone at school the next day was talking about it. I love D&W, so you should expect more clips from this power couple and this show as a whole.
The sound from this clip is not in sync with the video but this is all that i could find. I will try to find a better clip later. Enjoy.

American Beauty is one of those movies that I probably wouldn’t have watched unless someone suggested it but I’m glad I did. It instantly became one of my favorites. Kevin Spacey and Annette Bening were superb. This is the dinner scene where Lester tells his wife that he has quit his job. It’s actually a very funny scene because the acting was so great. Lester is calm and collected while Carolyn is a rambling nutcase all the while their daughter is caught in the middle. Enjoy.
